Moldova Citizenship-by Investment Program

Launched in the second half of 2018, the Moldova Citizenship-by Investment Program (MCBIP) is the latest opportunity for visa free travel to 122 countries, including the EU member states, the Schengen’s Area, Turkey and Russia.

Moldova, a country with beautiful landscapes, announced its independence in 1991. 2014 was the year when the Republic of Moldova entered into an association agreement with the EU taking the first step towards EU membership. The capital city is Chișinău with Moldovian being the official language (Latin alphabet), but Russian is also in wide use. Famous for its vineyards, today the country is one of the world top wine exporters. Its privileged access for goods and services to the EU market under the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area and the increasing financial support from the EU under the Association Agreement are turning Moldova into one of the most promising emerging markets.

Visa Free Europe is a certified agent of the Moldovan program. Citizenship can be obtained within 90 days from the day of application submission. A modest defined economic contribution (including donation and state fees) to the country is required. The process is efficient and client friendly with reduced requirements while still enforcing highly advanced due diligence and vetting system. No physical residency or language proficiency are required and family members, including spouses and children up to 16 years of age, dependent children up to 29 and dependent parents (of either the main applicant or the spouse) over 55 years can apply together with the main applicant.
